If chosen to participate in the FSTH 40-HDVAT you UNDERSTAND:

that the topic of domestic violence can produce sometimes strong and unexpected emotions, including feelings of helplessness.

I understand that returning this application does not guarantee placement in the training. Placement is decided on a first-come, first serve basis. Volunteer placement is based on the needs of the organization.

NOTE: if you are a survivor you must wait at least six month from the last incident to attend the training
